Nothing hits the spot quite like a steaming bowl of loaded potato soup, especially after a day out in the fresh mountain air. Our Rocky Mountain Trail Loaded Potato Soup brings that same cozy, satisfying feeling right to your kitchen—no hiking boots required. This soup is packed with perfectly seasoned potatoes and herbs, creating a creamy, velvety bowl of goodness that tastes just like your favorite comfort food.
Inspired by the hearty meals shared fireside after a long day on the trail, this soup is rich, savory, and soul-warming. Add broth, a splash of cream, and your favorite toppings—bacon, cheese, or green onions—for the full “loaded” experience.
Whether you’re coming in from the slopes, the garden, or just the grocery store, this soup delivers rustic, homemade comfort with every spoonful.
