Shipping Rates & Fees
Our shipping and processing fees cover the processing, handling, packing and delivery of your order. Delivery fees do not include gift wrap or surcharges that may apply to some items.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise noted on the product listing.
During collection launches, holidays, promotions, or special events, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Multiple Shipments
As a curated multi-vendor marketplace, items in your order may ship separately from different vendors or locations. You may receive multiple packages and tracking numbers for a single order.
Free Shipping
Select orders may qualify for free shipping promotions. Oversized or specialty items are excluded from free shipping offers, including:

Freight & Specialty Delivery
Certain oversized, delicate, or specialty items may require alternative delivery services such as UShip or local delivery providers to ensure safe transport.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once a shipment has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timing and package handling are the responsibility of the shipping provider.
Jackson Square Collective is not responsible for:
Carrier delays
Lost packages marked as delivered
Weather-related delays
Shipping service interruptions
Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be filed directly with the shipping carrier by you.
You will need to keep all packaging, boxes and the product until you have been notified by the carrier that they are no longer needed for the claim. Carriers have the right to request inspection.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist where possible. We do not issue refunds for damages, lost or delayed packages.
