During collection launches, holidays, promotions, or special events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once a shipment has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timing and package handling are the responsibility of the shipping provider.
Jackson Square Collective is not responsible for:
Carrier delays
Lost packages marked as delivered
Weather-related delays
Shipping service interruptions
Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be filed directly with the shipping carrier by you.
You will need to keep all packaging, boxes and the product until you have been notified by the carrier that they are no longer needed for the claim. Carriers have the right to request inspection.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist where possible. We do not issue refunds for damages, lost or delayed packages.
